Mixed Media Easter Rooster by Katja Joulak

Easter time is here and I really enjoy all holidays when I can decorate my home a little bit extra. Here is a wooden rooster that I found on a flea-market.

I gave it new life with texture, paint and some metallic embellishments. Pink for Easter with gorgeous Impasto Paints. To give depth to my rooster I have added accents with Liquid Acrylic Paint.
