Finnabair Fall Release - inspiration

 Hello friends,

Now when all new products are revealed we start sharing inspiration from our team. If you want to take a closer look on stencils one more time, here they are:

It was so hard to choose the stencil I'm going to use as the first one, but in the end the idea for the unusual project came to my mind: shiny yet rustic and natural, the clash of the rough weathered wood and metallic gold and silver. Once I made the background, with Metallic Flakes applied directly on the weathered wood panel it was clear I needed something classical to match this eclectic mix - and my choice was "Victorian Tiles" Stencil, used together with Whit Gold Icing Paste. Beautiful, delicate gold structures are filling the empty spaces adding the whole project the touch of vintage elegance - I love this look!

Hello!

I love the moment when Finnabair new products comes out;)

This time they are fantastic stencils designs. I reached for one of them and created a background on my heart-shaped base. For this I used the jewel paste from the previous reveal. It is intense in color and has beautifully shiny particles. For this I added a metal clip with a decorative ending, a piece of lace and a bow made of slightly torn fabric. 

I also added one of the new colors of matte waxes. I love all shades of brown, which is why these waxes fit perfectly into the atmosphere of my projects. This is a simple idea to make decoration with new products straight from Finnabair.
