The photo holder worked in different blue tones. I went back to Victorian times, when there were steam engines, and I did a scene of a steam engine.
The contrasts are worked with waxes, giving a metallic appearance to the composition.
I enjoyed playing with the colour blue and its different shades, and I loved playing with the various mixed media.
