Tim Holtz on the white side...

Did anybody say that Tim Holtz layout should be dark? Really? I didn't remember then :)

I've played some more with Tim Holtz Idea-ology grungy embellishments, Distress Stains (I'm in love, in love!!!!), inks and some tea of course. Basically - there is everything I love: metal, some flea market findings (grandma's bra buckle, I guess), grungy papers,  some twine some epoxy stickers...and just a hint of color!
I think I'm ready to move to more moderate color palettes now...
This layout was made for Winter CHA - long time ago, huh?

Sizzix Friday: Vintage envelope and...

Hi, it's Friday again and I've got for you a sneak - peek of the project which is waiting for you here, on Sizzix.uk blog. I've made a cute, vintage envelope - embossed, inked - grat for all occassions I guess :)

I've made a small bunting, Halloween bag, Invitation and altered candle - I hope creating similar paper projects will be for you just pure fun! Here is a little sneak too - my altered bag.

 Of course it is just the beginning of Haloween projects... spooky creations season is now opened :) I can't wait to get my fingers dirty again after travelling so much in the last weeks.

Tim Holtz again - Wander :)

Wander - paper layout made log ago, for Tim Holtz - CHA January 2012. Starring - my Andrew, one and only. Do I have to say again, I love Tim's embellies and inks? I don't think so. We all do :)
And look... this time I was really moderated with colors, right?

Supplies: Tim Holtz embellishments, alphabets, patterned papers. Ranger Distress Inks and Distress Ink Reinkers mixed with Perfect Pearls sprays. Prima lace, flowers, pebbles. Others: gel medium, modeling paste, flee market findings.

Sizzix Friday - Splash Class on Scraptastic

It's Friday again and I'm back with some more Sizzix inspiration:) Last weekend I had the honor of teaching 3 classes on the Scraptastic event in Belgium - and one of them, "Splash" is based on  Sizzix products :) During the class, as always I was making a new project together with the group an here is the result - mixedmedia layout with masking and layering:

"Dark Queen" is also a project that represents the results of one of the classes I teach: "Imagine" - it is a canvas mixedmedia project based on dark colors and many grungy elements and embellishments:).

Sizzix Friday: (a bit late!) - journaling again!

Hi there friends! I've just got back from amazing classes in Belgium - Scraptastic 2012, where not only I could teach 3 mixedmedia classes to groups of crazy talented, sweet students from all around the Europe but also had some great time with other teachers! It is priceless to see their faces afters such a long break and have possibility to meet new intriguing personalities! I have no idea what happened to me but i don't have many photos this time - all that I have you can find on my FB Finnpage though - enjoy!

Hej kochani - właśnie wróciłam z fantastycznych warsztatów w Belgii - Scraptastic 2012, gdzie nie tylko miałam szczęście prowadzić zajęcia dla 3 zdolnych grup studentek z całej Europy to dodatkowo miałam okazję spędzić nieco czasu z innymi warsztatowcami :) Wspaniała okazja zobaczyć dawno nie widziane twarze i poznać nowe, intrygujące osobistości :) Nie miałam okazji zrobić wielu zdjęć - to co jest, znajdziecie na moim FB Finnpejdżu - ale zapewniam - było warto :)

In the meantime there was Friday - Sizzix Friday - and of course my next Sizzix inspirational post! This time I had great fun with gesso, Luminarte "Silks" (metallic paint) and some amazing cut-outs of course. Here is what I did for you:
