Work on this box with Ceramic Wax Matte, use and take advantage of the fact that they are completed with a dull matte to give color to the background and give an appearance of aged wood with different color streaks.
I worked the background with aluminium embossed with embossing folders and glued it with Gildding glue to then place white gesso and my wax set optimally. I loved playing with the colour of the Matte Wax, because it gives me the appearance that they are Impastos or acrylic pigment but they are Waxes.
I love working with this wonderful product such as the Wax Matte, since you can work with various techniques to give different finishes.
