I think it is so easy to use tissue paper all over a box or on a project to make an interesting background. Here I have used Romantica - a tissue paper from the new release on my heart shaped chocolate box. I wanted to give my box a vintage look so the New Matte waxes were just perfect. The matte waxes are just matte and you can use a baby wipe to rub off some of the wax on the top. The rubbing makes more interest. In this way you can create different effects.
In the background I have used the Liquid Acrylic Paint and it is glossy when it dries. I like working with contrasts, like I have done here.
