This month's theme is silence. And in fact, this is so important for me now - to drown out all the external noise, bustle and constant rush. Inner silence seems to me like such a light aura that surrounds me like a sphere and does not allow external “noise” to disturb my thoughts. Silence helps me focus on the main thing and bring my inner state into balance.

Working on an art journal, like a kind of meditation, helps me concentrate on achieving inner peace and quiet.

Let peace and quiet be in your soul.
