Today I’m excited to share an Altered Hoop I created using Finnabair’s brand-new Steam & Frost Collection. This beautifully coordinated collection includes an inspiring mix of mixed media favorites—waxes, mica powders, effect pastes, and paper products—all designed to work seamlessly together. These thoughtfully curated sets also make a perfect holiday gift for a crafty friend… or a little creative treat for yourself!
For this project, I began by building the background with Steam & Frost Decoupage Fiber, then layered in a variety of resin elements to add depth, texture, and frosty charm.
