In this video, I’m creating a mixed media 3D collage using the brand-new Steam and Frost collection by Finnabair. This inspiring release includes an A3 Decoupage Paper, a set of vintage Ephemera, and the Steam and Frost Mixed Media Kit — complete with Effect Pastes, Matte and Metallique Waxes, and Mica Powders.

I went for a steampunk look this time, combining metallic tones, rich textures, and a touch of magic. But what I love most about this kit is its versatility — you can use it to create soft, dreamy, romantic, or even winter-inspired pieces. Every element works beautifully together, making it easy to mix, match, and explore your own creative style.

Finnabair Autumn 2025 Release - Wax and Effect Sets

Hi friends.

For this new release of Decoupage Fiber Papers and Ephemera, there are accompanying sets of media: Wax Sets and Effect Sets. With them, you can get an amazing effect, which can't be achieved with plain paper only.

Jewel Pastes are perfect for creating shimmering texture at the background.

Snowflake Paste and Crushed Ice Paste are totally fabulous if you want to get an effect of snow or just a wintry cold.

Mica Powders can be mixed with different media, including just water, and their goal is to add colourful shimmer.

Metallique and Matte Waxes are amazing in making details, even intricate ones, pop.
