My today’s project that I want to share with you is the mixed media notebook cover. Regular everyday item in an unusual edition;))
To create the whole decoration I used scrapbooking paper which I secured with Clear Gesso. This gives a colorless protective surface that prevents water from soaking in. Then I applied gold-coloured Icing Paste. A wonderful, shiny effect combined with Finnabair stencils.
I also used metal embellishments – flowers and mini napkin, a chain of hdf material, fragments of white fabric, two types of cabochons and art stones in two sizes. After drying in a few points, I added liquid acrylic paint and metallic paint.
At the end I whitened everything, splashed and added stamp with the text. All materials used in this project can be found in Mixed Media Place store. The process of creating my notebook cover is waiting on You Tube. I invite you to watch;))
