Art Stones and Texture Powder

Art Stones are white, light-weight, tiny stones which change your acrylic paints, gesso or Art Basics gels and pastes into customized products. You can simply add to the base of your choice, mix and apply on the project with a palette knife, texture tool, sponge or brush - and this custom mix dries quickly, adding great coarse texture effect. You can also glue it directly to the project using any of our Art Basics as an adhesive, if you prefer. Texture Powder is also a member of this family:White, delicate texture powder which will change your acrylic paints, gesso or Art Basics gels and pastes into customized products such as texture pastes or dimensional, coarse paints!



Mica Powders

Art Ingredients Mica Powders are pure mineral powders in beautiful colours add sparkle and shimmer to all of your mixed media projects.

Application: They are a great addition to any base medium you add them to.
- Use them as  is or mix them into Gesso, pastes and gels from Art Basics Line to create custom, metallic coloured products for your projects
-  mix them with water to create custom mists in spray bottles
-  brush them with a soft brush on the top of adhesive mediums such as Sticky Embossing Powder or any kind of sticky ink
- mix them into hot wax, UTEE, Fimo... and more!

Glitter Sets

Traditional Fine Glitter in a variety of coordinating colors. Great for adding sparkle to any project.

Application: use any of our Art Basics Gel Mediums or Pastes to adhere glitter to any project or create custom paste if mixed in Gels or Pastes.
It can also be adhered with any liquid adhesive or tape – it adheres easily to any adhesive surface.

Fine Glitter is perfect for cards or altering embellishments adding extra sparkle. You can create a gradient effect by using the coordinating colors.






Glass Glitter

Finely cut glass pieces with a luminous, shiny, sparkly finish.
Adds a beautiful sparkle to any project.


Application: use any of our Art Basics Gel Mediums or Pastes to adhere glitter to any project or create custom paste if mixed in Gels or Pastes.

It can also be adhered with any liquid adhesive.

You can use Glass Glitter to add a sophisticated sparkly touch to any altered, mixed media, or scrapbooking project.
You can mix different colors of Glass Glitter for a unique look and mix in other glitters and Glass Beads for different textures.






Glass Beads

Small glass beads in different glass colors. Adds texture and dimension to any altered, mixed media, or scrapbooking project. 

Application: use any of our Art Basics Gel Mediums or Pastes to adhere beads to any project or create custom paste if mixed in Gels or Pastes. It can also be adhered with any liquid adhesive.



Glass Beads can also be used to make jewelry as they have a small opening in the center of each bead. They can be threaded onto jewelry thread/wire, adhered to embellishments or used to create clusters. 

Try mixing a variety of glass beads for a customized effect and combine them with other art ingredients To achieve a variety of textures and colors.









Mica Flakes

Mica in flake form with a hint of luminosity and sparkle. Add them to any project for texture and dimension.

Application: use any of our Art Basics Gel Mediums or Pastes to adhere mica flakes to any project or create custom paste if mixed in Gels or Pastes. It can also be adhered with any liquid adhesive.



You can use mica flakes on any any altered, mixed media, or scrapbooking project to add an interesting texture and a hint of sparkle.

It can be layered and adhered in clusters for a variety of effects and combined with other Art Ingredients to achieve a variety of textures and colors.









Art Sugar

Art Sugar is extra fine granules of glitter that add an intense, fine sparkle to any altered, mixed media, or scrapbooking project. 

Application: use any of our Art Basics Gel Mediums or Pastes to adhere Art Sugar to any project or create custom paste if mixed in Gels or Pastes. 
It can also be adhered with any liquid adhesive or tape – it adheres easily to any adhesive surface and leaves an evenly glittered effect after application.

Great in combination with Art Basics Soft Gels – it creates easy to spread sparkling paste. Perfect for cards or altering flower embellishments.

You can mix a variety of art sugar colors for a customized effect and combine with other Art Ingredients to achieve a variety of textures and colors.
