Vintage Cards by Kasia Bogatko

As an „art person”, I am expected to have a hand-made card for all celebrations. I think you know it too. And cards are not my specialty, but I managed to work out a sketch that comes out quite well. I also decided to prepare a few cards as a spare, you can only add an inscription depending on the occasion. If it's the same for you, I encourage you to make a few cards and save them for special occasions. It will be much easier.

To make cards, you only need a piece of paper and leaves, either cut from papers or dies. I also need a string and a flower. Any twigs or sticks will also be useful. Also, remember not to let the page be to flat. Separate each layer with cardboard or foam tape. This will make the card richer and look better.

To add some color and contrast, I used liquid acrylic paints. They give a beautiful watercolor effect and are water resistant. Gesso will also give the cards a great vintage atmosphere.

I encourage you to watch my movie. You will see that even if you are not a card specialist, it is very easy to prepare them. The recipients will surely be delighted with such a gift.
