September Art Recipe

 Hello friends,

We hope you have familiarized already with our new visual moodboards, that consist of:
4 products to choose from - they are shown on the right
colour palette - right next to the products and each colour has their own circle
- and visual inspiration in a form of several beautiful images.

It is easy to remember - things in circles are the core of the challenge (colours and products) and things in squares/rectangles are only a visual inspiration to help you get creative juices flowing.

Just to make sure, you are all well informed, we would like to let you know, that challenges will be going live usually each second Sunday of the month. So please do not be surprised, that Inlinkz is closed the day before. Please keep that in mind planning your entering the challenge :) because we love your projects so much and we do not want to lose any of them!

The rules are very simple. Each challenge consists of colour palette and products. You need to stick to the colour palette and use at least 2 of the products listed in a challenge.

Products to choose from:

Rust Effect Paste
Metall embellishments
Art Daily - Vintage Photobooth

The colours: Orange, Grey, Cobalt

If the products on your project are not easy to recognize, please add in description information, where exactly we can see them.

Challenge is open till October, 10th. The winner will be invited to be Guest Designer on our blog.

This month Guest Designer is Iryna Chevychalova

September, for me, is no longer summer, but not autumn either.
This is a special, preserved period of time, cozy, warm and generous with memories.
This is a time of long walks in the park, collecting leaves for herbarium, twigs and cones for future projects. These are picnics and charming sunsets.
This is a warm blanket, tea, and the forest - changing its dress from green to orange-red ...
I love September.
For its spirit, mood and inspiration.
And, I am very fortunate to be invited as a guest designer this month!

Well, first of all, because it's September)
Secondly, because this month is just an incredible mood board, color palette and, of course, ingredients.
I love using moulds in my projects. None of them can't do without them. I consider it's a universal decor element.

Just like rust effect pastes. They add mystery to the projects, a touch of time and many untold stories.
And where can we go without metal embellishments? They helps to add dynamics and a special charm to the project.

Each detail and decor element adds its own flavor, breathes its own story into the project and brings it to life.

For example, I will use this door hanger for my workshop door. And the inscription in the picture with the lady becomes as relevant as possible)

Inspiration from our team:

Gift for a friend or for you to keep you memories. Yes, I made a small box and it is such a fun to have a card that has little bit different shape or size.

The grey, orange and royal blue create an eye catching effect. Texture comes from a fantasy set of pastes.

The Art Recipe for September includes shades of gray and orange. I always dream of such autumn, full of warm shades, the so-called a real Polish golden autumn with warm rays of the sun and rustling leaves.

My today's project is inspired by such a color scheme. And of course, the wonderful Finnabair products. Art Daily Vintage Photobooth stickers, text stickers, fantastic metal elements that have a rustic effect by themselves.

In addition, Clear Gesso for securing papers, Soft Matte Gel for gluing the whole thing and Liquid Acrylic Paint in Tiger Orange color! I also used a metal clip with a decorative accessory, isn't it cute? For this 7 Dots studio papers and accessories;))

Hugs,
Kasia Salmanowicz
