Time Capsule On Canvas

Hi there, my Friends!
Today I'd like to show you a canvas that I created as a sample during one of my new 2015 classes called Time Capsule.
During this workshop we focus on play with textures and embellishments and we come up with a collage rich in details, shapes, materials and... meanings - if you wish so. :)

I realize it might look a bit complicated but I promise you - it's not!
And I take my students step by step through this project.
Not only do we work with all kinds of Prima Art Basics gels and pastes and delicious Art Ingredients but we also create using found objects and different kinds of art "leftovers". ;)

What I really love about this project is the combination of all the crazy 3D action and the soft and muted color tones.

If you are interested in taking this class, there might still be free spots in one of these places:

18-16 July 2015 - Donna Downey Studios, Huntersville - North Carolina, USA - bookings here
1-2 August 2015 - Artsy Stamps and Papercrafts - Loveland, Colorado, USA - link
4-6 September 2015 - Classes in Bikuben, Oslo, Norway - bookings here!
- 7-8 August 2015 - Whim So Doodle - St. Petersburg, Florida, USA - bookings here
- 11-12 August 2015 - Palette and Paper - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - link

Oh, and a small reminder - the plan of my Australia and New Zealand tour is out there! I'll be visiting some really great places so check when and where you can meet me and join the creative fun.

Lots of hugs for you all & keep your fingers crossed my USA & Canada traveling goes as planned.
Will I see you there? :)

  5. Another FABULOUS piece of art from you. Love it. What a fantastic canvas. The colors and all the elements are awesome.
I agree with Ann Marie who commented above : it would be a great idea if you would consider offering on-line classes we could buy. Living too far away and having trouble to pay the journey would make on-line classes a great option to us and your courses more accesible. Would you maybe please consider that option for the future ?? Please... ??? !!
Thank you for sharing your lovely art. It's always so inspirational.
    Hugs from Monica... Spain
