Priceless - New layout to share...

Hi friends! Today mi sharing one of the new layouts I've made recently... This one was done for one of inspirational blogs - in Japan! I hope you will like it. I had great time creating it!
I used almost everything I found on my desk on that day including my "Mechanicals" from Prima and scraps of Sunrise-Sunset collection.

Save your dates in October 2013!

Hi again friends! I'm very happy to announce classes coming in October 2013 - I know it is still a lot of time, but it is always better to plan in advance, isn't it?

First I'm coming back to Sweden! (Woo hoo!)
Stockholm Scraplass is planned for 18-20th October 2013 and this time there are 4 teachers in the event: Donna Downey, Gerry van Gent, Frank Garcia and me :)

It's good to be challenged (from time to time) - Prima and Mixed Media Place

From time to time I've got the pleasure to participate in challenges organized on my favorite craft blogs. As most of us I enjoy a bit of inspiration and a dose of challenge - it gives me a good kick to start my project:) Maybe you will join the fun and play with us too?

First of all - here is a layout I made for Prima Build-A-Page challenge this month. The Sketch was lovely... and I had to make it "my way, I simply couldn't help myself!

Gypsy Stylin' - Prima BAP 

This photo of me and Rae is a keepsake from my Tour in Australia and NZ, we had a lot of fun there including dressing up as Gypsies and ehm... horses ;) Please don't ask why:)

Project is based on Prima Sunrise-Sunset paper collection, Resist Canvas flowers and leaves, Prima paper flowers and vines, Junkyard Findings and my Mechanicals.
Color is made with sprays - I used Primary Elements Pigments from Luminarte. Most of the products you will find here, in Mixed Media Place store :)

The second project is my Mixed-Media Journal cover - and I made this as a part of the challenge on Mixed Media Place Blog. This month we focus on acrylic paint - and my choice were Silks from Luminarte - beautiful, shimmery, vibrant paints I use all the time in my projects!

The cover of my journal was of course decorated with one of my stencils, some flowers and Mechanicals - my metal embellishments from Prima. The colors I used are from Emperor color set and Empress color set.

Sizzix Friday: Some more memories from the Netherlands!

Again, I'm coming back to the great event in the Netherlands last week. This time I'm sharing with you a layout that was created during "space, Media, Dimension" class and of course it is based on 7 Dots Studio papers by me (Dreamer Collection), Prima Mechanicals and Resist Canvas and Sizzix dies of course. All the color comes from Luminarte Primary Elements Pigments and  3D Squares and E-Z Runner® tapes are by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L®.

2 faces of Sizzix - I'm back from The Netherlands!

Hi again! I just got home from my last trip - wonderful classes in the Netherlands :) Although coming home took me about 9h longer than I expected the experience was just wonderful. Lucky me:)
I had the pleasure to teach 3 days of classes - and let me tell you the students were simply amazing: talented, sweet, kind-hearted, supportive and crazy creative. Let me show you a bit of the photos... hmmm... looks like photo-relation from one of the classes, "Steampunk  Love" is now posted on Sizzix.uk blog, here!

And here is what else you can find there: how about one of the new layouts, which I made during this class? It is all based of course on 7 DS and Prima products, including my collection, "Sunrise-Sunset" and my beloved "Mechanicals" - all colored with Luminarte Pigments and Silks.

Or maybe something lighter, inspired by new 7 Dots Studio collection by Anai - "Queen's Heart"?

Happy Mail - Collage for Ranger Designer Challenge 2013

I was packing and kitting like crazy today - all for the classes in Netherlands this weekend - but I had a look in my mailbox while walking the dog... and there it was!!!

My copy of Somerset Studio (May 2013) - with my collage project I've made for Ranger Designer Challenge for Winter CHA 2013. As you can see - we were all inspired by monochromatic palette: w all got just one color from Dylusion Sprays to use. Here is my interpretation...and I feel lucky I got yellow ;)

International Scrapbooking Day - and Prima blog Hop!

Hi again friends!
I'm so very happy to see you here on my blog! As my other great Prima friends I'm taking part in Prima Blog Hop, which is part of celebrating of hm... International Scrapbooking Day! What can be better than that?
Are you ready for blog jumping? So, here we go!

First, I've got super exciting news for you:
Today we've got a Live with Prima Marathon!
Classes start at 9 am ET and run all day long! You will have the possibility to have a peek into Prima office and see a bunch of  talented Prima teachers sharing their projects with you! I'm sure it will be a great time for all of us - see you there!

Prima has a special place in my heart. These people gave me wings - 2 years ago believed in me and my a bit crazy, a bit edgy projects... then, which was a great surprise for me - opened the door to CHA Show and now - I've got my own release with them, my next dream is coming true! I'm proud and happy to be the part of this team, and I hope there is a lot of good things coming in the future too :)

On the Islands: August-September classes information!

Hi again friends.
You probably suspect I'm planning something for the end of Summer and beginning of Autumn - and you are right! August and September are booked for the events in UK (OMG, first time for me!) and my special place in the world - Ireland. Have a look below - maybe you will find something for you? I'd love to see you in my classroom... let's get messy together!
