Finnabair 101: Antiquing Waxes

 Hi!!!

As every month at Finnabair Creative Team we focus on a product, this October the protagonists are Antiquing Waxes.

Some waxes give us multiple options to use, in this project, I show you some of the techniques that we can do with them:

- Highlight the effect of the texture paste clear crackle.

- Give moulds an aged look.

- Shades.

Hot Air Baloon: Sky is the limit by KasyopeaArt

Hi. 

When you think about something impossible, when you wonder if you can do it, there comes a moment of reflection. 

Our passion, escape from reality. 

What we love to do, to create, will never limit us. The only limit is our imagination

My project today is a hot air balloon, in a steampunk style that I love. 

I combined Patina Effect and Rust Paste. The spatial base allowed me to create a three-sweep work. 

I used different casts of cogs, I created a balloon mechanism from them, which I covered with patina, and the top with a mechanical heart was covered with rust that I created with Liquid Acrylic Paints.
